Our mentorship program facilitates supportive relationships between our mentors and mentees. Through sharing knowledge, advice, and encouragement, we help mentees navigate careers, overcome challenges, and achieve interpersonal goals.

To become a mentee, you'll need to fill in the mentee application form, through which your selection will be based on your demonstrated interest. The form includes various questions such as:

Become a MenteeWe'll kick things off with an online induction session where you'll learn all about the program:
After the induction session, check your email to see your assigned mentor or mentee. Mentees, make sure to reach out and introduce yourself to your mentor first!
Commit to three (3) in-person coffee catchups within the next three months. In these sessions, mentees seek guidance, mentors offer their expertise, and both parties gain fresh perspectives and ideas. These interactions foster deeper connections as they engage in meaningful conversations over coffee.
To wrap things up, both mentor and mentee will take a moment to celebrate their wins, and appreciate the connections they've made during the mentorship program.
