Our mission is to bridge the gender gap in the STEM Industry, one woman at a time…
We also aim to span across New Zealand and build She# nationwide.
Record numbers of women are going into STEM-related fields, yet women only make up 20% of these roles in the Industry.
She# aims to change that.
We inspire young girls to pursue careers in Tech by connecting them with female role models, engaging them in workshops, and challenging misconceptions about the industry.
We provide a platform for Women in STEM fields to network and develop vital skills that will advance them personally and professionally, through our events and workshops.
